Yoga for Good in Support of Raphael House
December 15 @ 9:30 am - 10:45 pm$10
Yoga is good for us– it challenges us to grow, teaches us kindness, compassion, and to approach life with gratitude– which in turn expands our capacity to spread kindness and support to our greater community. We’re continuing our intentional season of giving with a new project,Yoga for Good, in support of Raphael House. Join us this month as we host a toy drive and special yoga class to support our community at Raphael House. From November 29 - December 15, we are asking our community to donate toys and donations to Raphael House (most requested items are listed below). We will have a donation bin set up by the studio desk for these donation items. On Sunday, December 15 at 9:30 am, Nic Randall will lead us in an all-levels, 75-minute yoga flow to celebrate our community and this season of giving. We are suggesting a $10 cash donation and / or a toy donation from the list of most requested items. All proceeds will be donated to Raphael House.
